When I hear the word arrive it makes me think of someone reaching a destination. When I think about this a little longer it seems as though we are constantly arriving, from one destination to the next. Each morning we wake up and arrive into a new day. As one exhale comes to completion we arrive into a breath of fresh air. Every millisecond we arrive into a new moment. If we can practice this sort of noticing, we begin to learn that we have the power to choose how we arrive to reach moment... each breath... each meeting at work or patch of traffic on the highway. What are the destinations you cannot wait to reach? What are the moments you dread arriving to? If you get curious about that sense of dread, is there room to make a new choice in the way that you arrive?

Arrive to every moment you can with curiosity
