Are you ready to make some changes and improve your quality of life?  Here at Arrive Counseling, located in Austin, TX, I provide holistic mental health therapy that can help you deepen your relationship to your mind, body and soul.  I work with young professionals from all walks of life.  I do my best to provide a trusting environment, full of creativity, curiosity and hope where you can get the support and motivation you need on your journey towards creating positive change in your life. 

 

The mental health therapy modality that I offer at Arrive Counseling is Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).  ACT is an evidence-based offshoot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and has years of intensive research studies to back it up.  You can learn more about ACT here.

 

The holistic part of what I do as a therapist is to ask clients to allow the body and spirit to be a part of their mental health journey.   I use mindfulness, yoga poses, mudras and breathing techniques to help clients connect to their bodies and the wealth of information the body has to offer.  I open up the conversation to include broader concepts of spirituality, energy and connection to the Earth. I have many additional referral sources available for clients who are yearning to explore their spirituality on a deeper level.
