I find that the clients who  enjoy working with me the most, are people who enjoy slowing down and listening to the wealth of information that their bodies, their minds and this planet has to offer.  They are eager to learn how mindful deep breathing, self-compassion and perspective taking can lead them to a greater sense of vitality and purpose in their lives and a deeper connection to the world around them.    

Some clients seek me out to receive counseling for worries, anxiety, self-doubt or internal criticism or to help alleviate symptoms associated with diagnoses such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) or Specific Phobias.


Other clients want to work on more general issues such as, clarifying their values, finding a sense of meaning or purpose, deepening connections,  finding more effective ways to deal with emotions, techniques to reduce stress or training in mindfulness and meditation.
